The Black Garlic is made in Greece under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity. The garlic caramelizes slowly for 60 days, developing especially tasty features, but also antioxidant and healing properties. After the procedure is completed, the bulbs are peeled by hand, choosing only the highest quality cloves.
This cheese is vegetarian. It's made with vegetarian rennet and 4 weeks old.
