Yes, all ACC Cheese is made with pasteurized milk.
Most of our cheese is made using microbial rennet and therefore is vegetarian. Check the details on the cheese product pages.
ACC Cheese is naturally lactose-free. In the cheese making process, we wash the curds multiple times, which removes most of the lactose. Any remaining lactose is completely broken down in the ripening stage, so our cheese is lactose free. Lactose hypersensitivity reactions are complex and vary from person to person. We recommend that you contact your doctor or dietitian for more information.
