This goat cheese is not a soft, fresh Chèvre. Instead, this is a semi-firm, aged goat Gouda. It has a mild, sweet and refreshing taste. The texture is smooth.
Our Baby Goat cheeses are produced locally in the northern part of the Netherlands from using pasteurized goat milk with vegetarian rennet.
Food pairings:
Wildflower honey, crushed cashews and melt on top of whole wheat bread.
Drink parings:
Crisp white wines like ACC white wine and pale lager beer.
