This rosemary goat cheese is not a soft, fresh Chèvre. Instead, this is a semi-firm, aged goat Gouda. The goat has a mild, sweet and refreshing taste and combined with the fragrant rosemary we guarantee you a flavor explosion. The texture is smooth.
Our Baby Goat cheeses are produced locally in the northern part of the Netherlands from using pasteurized goat milk with vegetarian rennet.
Food pairings:
Wildflower honey, crushed cashews and melt on top of whole wheat bread.

Crisp white wines like ACC white wine and pale lager beer.
