As storemanager of Wijde Heisteeg, it is my mission to satisfy my customers to sell with passion, them the most authentic cheese. An interesting fact: Wijde Heisteeg is the only Black Garlic Boutique of Amsterdam. This Black Garlic pairs tastefuly with the A.C.C. cheeses! Try before you buy!
Favourite cheese!
My favourite cheese is the 7 - month cheese with honey-rosemary mustard on my sandwich in the morning. In the evening i love watching TV with a favourite movie while enjoying the 24 - month cheese in small blocks with figs jam and a good glass of excellent Chilean wine, together with my wife.
